Ive been here off and on for about 6 years for different reasons and the staff are the best I've worked with. Very knowledgeable in there field. Friendly, kind, always a plan of attack for each visit and issue I've have come in for, torn rotator cups, back issues, hipp, hand/wrist, damaged Achilles heel. No one better to help with what ever issues one is dealing with. I will always request this clinic for issues needing physical therapy.

I have a friend Kathy who has been going to therapy with Jordan. I have heard nothing but great things about him. Jordan has a lot of knowledge about treatments to get you moving again. When I need knee replacement I will definitely go to this office and ask for Jordan! Thanks for caring for my co-Worker and friend.

Great staff. All trainers I worked with were very thoughtful and demonstrated that they cared about my advancement and progress after total knee replacement. I worked with the staff at Elite PT for 5 months as I progressed through my therapy sessions. I would go back to Elite PT if and when I have my other knee replaced.

My husband, Douglas, would like to compliment both Erica McMahon and George Harrington for their excellent and professional care they gave him this summer. They helped him with his very weak ankle. George did an excellent assessment. Both Erica and George worked with him on separate appointments and provided great exercises to do at the office and also at home. This is my first time in a physical therapy outside the military, and I think it’s an outstanding facility especially the staff for what they do to help with my lower back problems! Jackie and Melissa are patient & overall very professional in helping me with the right physical exercises so I can recover and ease my pain on my back! Thanks guys!

All therapists are amazing and attentive. I have had steady improvement after knee replacement. All staff are focused on the care of each individual and with multiple therapists during my time my therapy is consistent for progress.

I had a great experience at Elite Physical Therapy in Univ. Place. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Jordan , my Physical Therapist is so knowledgeable, kind and very gentle. I have noticed great improvement in my mobility and just overall comfort during my weeks of treatment. He truly is committed to helping me reach my goals, Thank you Jordan !!. I had a total knee replacement and needed therapy to gain strength and flexibility. I really appreciated the time and visits and getting to know Jordan . If you are looking for excellent one on one care and a supportive office this is the place to go for physical therapy. 10/10

When it comes to physical therapy, I’m a difficult patient. I rarely get better, and therapists grow weary from working with me. Jordan, at Elite Physical Therapy in University Place, is different. He asks questions, he listens, he adjusts the plan and tries again. He’s always ready with a fresh approach. I’m getting better and that definitely rates five stars, for Jordan and Elite Physical Therapy.

This is the best PT experience I have ever had. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They work with me to help me stay pain free and teach me exercises that help me get strong so I can continue doing the activities I love. At 81 it’s important to be active and able to find joy in my activities. I highly recommend Elite staff to get you back on your feet.

Pretty good overall. Helped my neck pain (they had me stretch my neck). Front desk Annie is very kind and helpful, processed my payments without overcharging (I have been burned in the past)

The staff, I believe the lady’s name was Anna, was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional, making a great first impression. Definitely a positive experience so far!
